World of academia and the legal professions will dialogue on the criminal protection framework of the economic, patrimonial and intangible values that define and make up the contemporary enterprise at the presentation of the volume "La tutela penale del patrimonio aziendale", edited by lawyer Guido Stampanoni Bassi (Zanichelli, 2023), editor of the legal journal Giurisprudenza penale, scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Friday, January 19, at the Aula Magna of the Sant'Anna School, in Pisa, with the Deputy Minister of Justice Francesco Paolo Sisto (online). The meeting is sponsored by the Dirpolis (Law, Politics and Development) Institute of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, in collaboration with the juridical review "Giurisprudenza penale", and sees at the center of reflection a significant and crucially important issue, especially because of the forms of aggression - increasingly complex and technologically advanced - that the enterprise may suffer in current scenarios. The director of the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Policy, Development) of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Gaetana Morgante, will introduce and moderate the meeting, after greetings from Rector Sabina Nuti.

Participating in the meeting including Enrico Mezzetti, professor of criminal law at Roma Tre University; lawyer Alessandro Pistochini; and the volume's editor himself, lawyer Guido Stampanoni Bassi. Also speaking are some of the authors who contributed to "Tutela penale del patrimonio aziendale": the lawyers Vittore D'Acquarone, Riccardo-Roscini Vitali, Lorenzo Niccolò Meazza, Davide Giorgiadi.
